We're Gray and Stephanie, the people behind Holeshot Herefords, now based at White Rock Station in the Wairarapa.

Established in 2020, our focus is on breeding functional, structurally sound Hereford cattle that perform in New Zealand farming conditions. 

Our breeding program balances the maternal traits that matter- fertility, milk production and temperament- with growth, muscling and soundness. 

With Gray's lifetime of farming experience and eye for cattle, alongside Stephanie's passion for genetics and breeding, our aim is simple: to breed functional, structurally sound Herefords that perform.
